Restored With Storage

galley kitchen stainless steel updated

Stainless steel graces the backsplash while a smaller hook-hole wall makes room for more cabinetry. After removing the linoleum flooring, the contractor restored the original hardwood floors to reveal their herringbone pattern. By installing new white cabinets for contrast, the designer drew out the wood floors’ warm tones. Stacked upper cabinets feature glass doors for a more open feel while open-shelf storage over the range completes the uncluttered look. See next slide.
