Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk
2/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flaked coconut
1 frozen pie crust

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in toaster oven 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
